
A community leader, Bashorun Olugbenga Fajana, has celebrated the Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr Dele Alake, on his 70th birthday, describing him a trusted ally of President Bola Tinubu, accomplished journalist, distinguished public administrator and illustrious son of Ekiti State.
Fajana, in a congratulatory message made available to Newsline NG, said Alake’s career reflected professionalism, courage, intellectual depth and an enduring commitment to public service.
He said the minister’s contributions to journalism and governance had earned him recognition in Nigeria’s public life, adding that his transition from the media industry to public administration demonstrated his versatility and leadership capacity.
Fajana described Alake’s 70th birthday as an opportunity to celebrate not only his longevity but also the impact of his professional accomplishments and service to the country.
