Research Professor of Law, Peter Terkaa Akper has delivered the 7th Inaugural Lecture of the Nigerian Institute Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS).
The lecture, which topic is: “Towards Realising the Potentials of the Mining Sector: Policy, Legal and Institutional Reform Imperatives for Nigeria,” addressed various challenges of the sector.
