Space42 has strengthened its engagement with Senegal’s national security leadership following a series of meetings focused on satellite communications and AI-powered geospatial technologies.
The company said its team met Yankhoba Diémé, Senegal’s Minister of the Armed Forces, as well as Mouhamadou Moctar Watt, Chief of Staff to the Minister of the Interior and Public Security. The meetings also included Rafeya Bushanain, Head of the Political, Economic, Media and Public Diplomacy Section at the UAE Embassy in Senegal, and Abdoul Salam Cherif Aidara, CEO of Asca Holding Senegal.
During the engagements, Stephane I., Senior Manager of Business Development at Space42, presented the company’s capabilities in secure satellite communications and its AI-powered platform for geospatial Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR).
The engagement highlights Space42’s focus on expanding its satellite and geospatial technology capabilities in Senegal, particularly for applications supporting security and situational awareness.
