In response to the quest for large scale jobs creation in the country, a business group, Winners Cycle International Limited, WINCIL, will flag off the 2019 edition of its jobs creation Mega Seminar on Sunday, 7th April, 2019, in Abuja.
“The one-day seminar aims to teach people how to acquire various skills and make money,” a statement from the organisation has said.
The seminar which theme is, “Be Part of Something Big, and Create a Better Tomorrow,” is designed to disseminate information that will lead to massive job creation across various sectors of the Nigerian economy, a development that will particularly empower the youth who are in need of means of livelihood.
Discussing the imperatives of the seminar, the CEO, Winners Cycle International, Mrs. Maureen George-Oboh said the program will engage and enhance the capacity of participants on how to use network marketing model to empower themselves to become entrepreneurs and self reliance, adding that participants will learn how to use the sum of three thousand, five hundred naira only to acquire skills such as shoe making, auto-gele, make-up, baking and solar installation.
“Participants will also explore our data base of over six thousand members and share in the knowledge of our numerous beneficiaries,” she said.
Discussing a national challenge that inspired the company to embark of the seminar, the CEO said: “Nigeria produces increasing number of graduates annually, unfortunately, jobs are not available for majority of the graduates,” stating that a larger number of graduates continue to search for jobs without assurance.
“In order to address the challenge, WINCIL has fashioned out workable strategies that can lead to massive creation of job opportunities, such that graduates become gainfully employed,” she said.
She said the target of the organisation is to build a capacity centre where no less than two thousand people will be trained and empowered on an annual basis, adding that the vision and compensation plan of the organisation has distinguished it as one of the single but most effective Multilevel Marketing (MLM) platforms in the country.
“We are deploying an auto-upgrading system in our marketing plan which is different from what is obtainable out there,” adding that the company makes payment within three to twenty four hours of earning.
“Everybody should have confidence in us because we are accessible all day throughout the week,” she said adding that it is further important for Nigerians to have confidence in network marketing companies.
“We know so many people are sceptical, and it is making them stay away from a genuine platform.
