By all standards, Daniel Pemida is a man on a mission — and he’s walking two powerful paths at once. By day, he’s a high-level financial consultant structuring businesses across Nigeria and beyond.
By evening and weekends, he’s out feeding street children, supporting teenage mothers, and reuniting vulnerable youths with their families.
Daniel Pemida is a Chartered Accountant, Corporate Financial Analyst, and Principal Consultant at Reginel Consulting Firm, a fast-rising business advisory company helping organizations automate, structure, and thrive.
Over the past decade, he has supported over 1,000 MSMEs, led restructuring for 800+ businesses, and provided high-level financial oversight as CFO to multiple firms, including: United Ekeson Group, Lykluk International, Amana Consortium, Point Code Group, ENYIMBA Group, Agness Aluminum Factory, Tender hearts Schools, Hannah Foundation etc…
These companies operate in a mobile, borderless format — bringing African solutions to a global marketplace.
But Daniel’s story doesn’t stop in boardrooms.
In 2016, he founded The Uniters Hub Foundation, a charity committed to giving street children and teenage mothers a second chance at life. With a small but determined team, the foundation: Feeds 500+ children every week, Has enrolled 60 children in school, Shelters teenage mothers and their newborns, Reunited 300+ children with their families or homes, and Provide shelter for over 50 SDP’s
“I’ve sat with CEOs in Lagos and with barefooted kids under bridges in Calabar — both need structure, both need hope,” Daniel says. “One needs direction, the other needs love.”
Daniel’s personal life is just as intentional. He’s a family man, married with three children. His wife is the founder of DELSA, a fashion and beauty brand tailored for African women, offering hair, accessories, and elegant essentials. The brand is headquartered on the Lekki-Epe corridor in Lagos and is already gaining traction among fashion lovers.
From the trenches of financial audits to the frontlines of humanitarian work, Daniel Pemida is a rare blend of leadership, vision, and compassion. For him, success is not just profit — it’s impact.
