The National Executive Council of Miners Association of Nigeria (MAN) has announced the death of the National President of the Association, Alhaj Kabiru Mohammed Kankara, whose sad incident occurred on Tuesday, 9th November, 2021 after a brief illness.
National General Secretary of the association, Dele Ayanleke who confirmed the sad development to our correspondent in Abuja on Wednesday, said his remains had since been committed to Mother Earth according to Islamic rites.
He said the Fidau Prayers will be communicated as may be scheduled by the family.
Alhaj Kabiru Mohammed, aged 65, is survived by wife, children and grandchildren.
“May Almighty God be merciful unto him, comfort and uphold his family, and grant him Aljannah Firdaous,” the association said in a message on Wednesday.
