The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), expectedly “won” all the chairmanship and councillorship seats in the 30 local government areas of Osun State.
Chairman of the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSIEC), Hashim Abioye, made this known at a press conference on Saturday in Osogbo, the state capital.
Though there were complaints of low voter turn, arrest of the state election official, and the allegation of sealing of the headquarters of OSIEC by the police, yet the PDP won all the available seats.
