Executive Secretary of the Solid Minerals Development Fund (SMDF), Hajiya Fatima Umaru Shinkafi on Tuesday, delivered the Keynote Address at the Maiden Faculty of Physical and Earth Sciences Annual Lecture Series at the J.F. Ade-Ajayi Auditorium, University of Lagos (UNILAG).
