Hon. Segun Tomori has congratulated Muyiwa Abel Enitan on his appointment as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Tomori, a House of Representatives aspirant for Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II, described Enitan as a seasoned career civil servant whose experience and record of service have prepared him for the new responsibility.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Tomori said Enitan’s previous roles as Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and the Ministry of Education demonstrated his commitment to public service and the implementation of government policies.

He said the appointment reflected President Tinubu’s ability to identify and deploy experienced professionals to key positions in government.

“By appointing Uncle Muyiwa, President Tinubu has once again demonstrated his ability to identify, headhunt and deploy exceptional talents in the service of the nation,” Tomori said.

Tomori expressed confidence that Enitan would contribute to ongoing reforms in the civil service by strengthening efficiency, professionalism and effective implementation of government programmes.

He wished the new Head of Service success in office, saying his tenure should be marked by reforms that would leave a lasting impact on the Nigerian civil service.
