New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, has officially unveiled Bishop Isaac Odiri Idahosa as the Party’s Vice Presidential Candidate
At the event in Abuja, the Presidential Candidate of party, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, emphasized that Bishop Isaac Idahosa is dynamic man with patriotic qualities that would work harmoniously with other members of the party to bring the desired Socio-economic development to Nigeria.
Senator Kwankwaso explained that the NNPP as the fastest growing Political party was committed in restoring the lost glory of the country in the forthcoming coming election.
The NNPP presidential candidate said the choice of Bishop Isaac Idahosa was guided by sense of patriotism, competency, credibility and National Unity
In his acceptance speech, the Vice Presidential Candidate of the NNPP, Bishop Isaac Odiri Idahosa said Nigerians deserve a fresh new idea that will move the country from incompetent to effective and efficient nation that will empower Nigeria youths and women to be in the frontlines of leadership and governance
He Pledged readiness to tackle the insecurity and economic challenges bedeviling the nation by creating jobs that will allow every family to live a decent and affordable life.
Bishop Idahosa therefore appealed to Nigerians to endeavor to face the challenges of the moment by working together to rebirth the Nigeria of their dreams.
He further promised to build a nation that will invest in the youth by creating enabling environment for them to engage in technologies.
“I call on all Nigeria’s, young and old male and female, rich and poor to pay special attention to the current state of the country and for the sake of generations to come to participate in this very important civic duty” he added.
Earlier in his welcome speech, the Party’s National Chairman, Professor Rufai Ahmed Alkali stressed that in the battle for rescuing Nigeria the Duo will work as a formidable team as they are well rooted in Nigeria Politics.
There were good will message from various stakeholders in the political sector, the Nigerian Guild of actors and members of Board Trustees of the Party.
The event drew party members from the sixty six and FCT.
Also the a book written by the NNPP Presidential candidate was launched at the event held at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.
