The Minister of State for Steel Development, Uba Maigari Ahmadu has called on Nigerians to be optimistic in the new year, assuring that his ministry will drive the country’s industrialization agenda while ensuring that the sector delivers prosperity to Nigerians.
The minister, who gave the assurance in his new year charge to Nigerians, a statement he personally signed, on Monday, encouraged Nigerians to exude positive mindset and have good faith in the country, saying that the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will deliver a government characterized by renewed hope and prosperity of all citizens.
While expressing gratitude to God for the blessings bestowed upon the country and her people in the past, the minister enjoined citizens to ‘look forward to the promise that the new year holds.’
As we bid farewell to the passing year and usher in a new chapter, it is with a sense of profound reflection and optimism that I extend my greetings to the resilient citizens of our great nation.’
‘In the spirit of governmental continuity and progress, the culmination of the year provides us with an invaluable opportunity to release outdated ideologies and embrace a collective vision for the future,’ he said, adding that the strides made in the past year laid the foundation for fresh beginnings, ushering in a period of exciting experiences and untapped potential.
