The Nigeria Customs Service, NCS, has released the final list of successful candidates for the 2024/2025 recruitment exercise into the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Customs II, ASC II.
The announcement was made in a statement signed by the NCS National Public Relations Officer, Abdullahi Maiwada, on behalf of the Comptroller-General of Customs.

Candidates who participated in the exercise can now confirm their status through the following channels:
1. Official NCS Website: Visit https://customs.gov.ng and check the latest announcement on the 2024/2025 ASC II recruitment.
2. Selected National Newspapers: The final list has also been published in some national dailies.
Successful candidates are further advised to monitor the email address and phone number used during registration, as the Service will communicate next steps via email and SMS.
Next Steps for Successful Candidates
Candidates whose names appear on the final list must complete several actions before proceeding to the next phase:
1.Upload Medical Certificate of Fitness
The NCS portal for uploading a valid Medical Certificate of Fitness will be activated on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
Candidates have one week from the activation date to complete the upload. The certificate must be obtained from a government-recognised hospital.
To upload:
Visit the designated NCS update portal and log in with your NIN or registered email address.
2. Update State of Residence
Successful applicants must accurately update their current state of residence on the portal.
3. Accept Provisional Appointment
Candidates must formally accept the offer by clicking the “Accept Offer” button on the portal.
4. Await Trainee Identification Number
After accepting the offer, candidates should wait for the issuance of a Trainee Identification Number, which the NCS said will be communicated within one week.

The Service will release further details on subsequent stages, including documentation verification and physical screening. Information on dates, venues, and requirements will be communicated through official NCS channels.
