Research Professor of Law, Peter Terkaa Akper has delivered the 7th Inaugural Lecture of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, NIALS.
Akper, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and renowned expert in mining law and policy delivered the Inaugural lecture titled “Toward Realising the Potentials of the Nigerian Mining Sector: Policy, Legal and Institutional Reform Imperatives for Nigeria.”
Akper, who discussed his contributions to knowledge in the field of mining law and policy, called for reforms in the sector.
The lecture was chaired by the Director General of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Professor Muhammed Tawfiq Ladan.
